a can of H-TWO-O in my hands
after a LONG run!
only one word can describe it.

SHIOK!

went to run with my cousin one round around the estate.
its really tiring especially after one day of work.
we were like pigs on the bus as we slept the whole journey back.
but we were determined to run!
so we met at 8pm.

was listening to my ipod along the way
and it was a total of 6.5 songs for the whole route.
thats 23.3mins after i calculated.
whoooo! what an achievement (:
since i havent really been running, besides the run last week.

but im so shag now!
shall watch August Rush and go to bed.
work is really tiring.
and to think i have meetings after that.
it's like work plus OT (w/o money)
wells. that's the price i have to pay.
